I have this button on the banner on the top right i wanna edit. How do i do this?
Tried to ctrl + RC, it like i can on other widgets on the page, but it does not work. Is there anyway els to access this ?

from the backend open "Service Portal" -> "Portals", find the portal where you want to edit the top buttons, then open what is in "Main menu" and open it
and on this record on related list find the find item that you want to edit
