How to get a Pop Up alert on Survey Form

Hi All,

We have a Survey form and a Question which has Yes/No as choices. We would like to show a pop up message when a 'No' is selected. Please let me know how to achieve this..

Hi,

You have to write an OnChange client script and set the field as your choice field. Please refer below snaps for your reference, when state value is change to In Progress alert is get populated. Change this script according to your requirement.

I think you can not show pop up in survey.
