Look for the following properties:
glide.knowman.show_yn_rating
glide.knowman.show_star_rating
Set the Properties:
Set glide.knowman.show_yn_rating to false to hide the "Was this article helpful?" link.
Set glide.knowman.show_star_rating to false to hide the star rating.
