how to hide specific Views in Context menu option

I only want to show two views Default view and Major incident view for all my ITIL users. How can I achieve this. Kindly advise

Hi there,

You could navigate to "System UI" > "Views", select the view you are after and add roles or make a view hidden. You could also add an user or a group, though those fields are out-of-the-box not on the form lay-out, so just add these to the form lay-out.

but this is not working. I already did and also impersonated with Non - Admin but ITIL user and checked.

 

Views still displays.
