How to Inactivate Notification Delivery Channels?

User notifications have been updated in Utah. There is now a section called Delivery Channels, this was Notifications Channels in previous versions. There are new options available, for example Voice and Instant Message. I would like to know how to inactivate the Delivery Channels that we do not want appearing as options on the list. I would have thought that these would appear on either the sys_notification_channel table or the sys_classic_notification_channels table but while some of them are on those tables. they cannot be inactivated and not all of them are there, Voice and Instant Message do not appear on either table.
Does anyone know how to inactivate these? I have the feeling that this is something easy that I am just missing.
