How to mark outgoing emails from ServiceNow as Private and Confidential

We want to mark outgoing emails from ServiceNow as Private and Confidential. How can we achieve this? I haven't found anything in ServiceNow Docs. We are using ServiceNow email address i.e. XXX@service-now.com.

Hi,
Unfortunately, I don't believe this is a possibility using ServiceNow's email setup. You'd have to consider adding your own and use that to achieve private and/or confidential.

Hi,
We have boilerplate information regarding our copyright and security information on all of our outbound emails. We set up layouts and then use those layouts on templates which are then applied as specified on the notification form.
If you want this on user generated emails (email client) you can define the template for these too:
