Seeking help on how to optimize knowledge search.
We are currently utilizing the meta field to optimize knowledge search and currently encountering limitations.
1. In the article a keyword in the meta field is "spam,spam_email"
2. When a user searches for "possible spam email from delivery system"
3. The article does now show up in the search results
4. Why are the results not relevant to the search term at all
How can we further optimize the search result such as:
1. The search term "possible spam email from delivery system" will return articles with "spam, email_spam" in the meta field

Hi Albert,
There may be a lot of reasons.
Is the valid to date still valid?
Is the (not) available for of the Knowledge base valid?
Is it in published state?
Are there other higher matching articles?
You could try debugging the search source to find out what score an article is getting.
You could also take a look at AI search, which doesn't require the meta at all anymore.
Help others to find a correct solution by marking the appropriate response as accepted solution and helpful.
