how to publish retire knowledge articles

Hi All,

I have knowledge article which got retired due to no response from the approver for 30 days, I have that knowledge articles to get activated back,

someone please help on this will really be appreciated

Out of the box, article workflows are only triggered when the Publish UI Action is used. That is why we set it back to draft. This forces someone to go through the Publish process again. We prefer it this way.

The approvals are been should as "Rejected",Can you please suggest a workaround

Out of the box, if you are using the Knowledge - Approval Publish workflow, then if an approval is rejected, the article is sent back to Draft. So, the UI action I mentioned above would do the same thing - send it back to Draft.

Do i have any optionn where can i directly put the retired article to Published state?
