How to select all the records in list view of a table as soon as the view is loaded?

Hi i have a requirement in which we want all the records in list view of the table to be selected as soon as the view loads without checking the last checkbox.

All records should be checked automatically on load.

Please see the attachment we require the same multiple selection at on load.@
