Sub Categories are not showing up correctly under the Service Catalog Page

We are using domain separated environment, and facing issue with the display of the sub categories.   Subcategories disappear from certain domains and   are visible on some other domains.

Any idea what causes this?

Even ServiceNow Hi was not able to find the root cause. They cleared the System Cache and that fixed the issue.

Hi Vaibhav,



Service Catalogues are not domain separated OOB. it is controlled using the User Criteria. Please check these categories and see any User Criteria is specified.

Hi Karthik,



I have checked the user criterias, we have created user criteria only for the global domain. And these user criterias are not mapped to any of the categories.



For the global, all the sub categories are visible, but they are not for other domain.
