how to set default home page to itil users ?

Hi All,

How to set ITIL homepage as a default to all ITIL users ? I tried with the below mentioned possible ways

>I have Changed the order value of the page to -100 - even though its not working.

>I have changed the value of System property (glide.login.home), as per the servicenow document but its not redirecting to the ITIL home page.

Please help me.
