Module for enhancements?

Good Afternoon,

I am looking to see if SN can be a solution for a more streamlined process that we use.

When we find small enhancements or things that we want to fix within ServiceNow, we currently use an excel spreadsheet with who that job is assigned to, when we're looking to complete it, what the description is, etc. We also use it for ideas and things we want to keep in mind and prioritize later.

Is there a module that could assist me in this process?

The only thing I had really found was running the Agile module and making them stories - but, it didn't really feel like the right answer.

Have you looked at the Ideas module?  This is the front end to Demand and would allow you to keep track and prioritize all "ideas"

We use the Visual Task Boards in ServiceNow for this process. Specifically we have one called 'Admin Requests' and use it to collect the enhancement ideas we received. The idea is to have a recurring meeting with the stake holders and vote on enhancements once they have been fleshed out with scope and level of effort.
