I would like to set the 'Valid to' date out 1 year from the 'Published' date in a knowledge article.
Currently, 'Valid to' is set to the default of 2020-01-01.
We are using the Approval/Publish and Approval/Retire workflow.
Is this best done through 'Configure Dictionary' for 'Valid to' or through a business rule.
Thanks

Hi Gurbir,
Yes this is available in Orlando.
It defaults to 2100 if article validity is not set (implying for all practical purposes, the article does not retire).
