How to show inflow and outflow of incidents in a report?

Hi,

I have a requirement where I want to create a report which should show inflow and outflow incidents assigned to a particular group in the report.

Inflow means how many incidents assigned to a particular group last day and outflow means how many out of those inflow incidents  are resolved or transferred to another group last day.

For eg: Assignment group is 'Incident.Resolution'. Last day 10 incidents assigned to 'Incident.Resolution' group out of which 3 are resolved and 2 are transfered to another group then the Inflow count will be 10 and outflow count will be 5.

These two I want to show in a single report.

How can we achieve this using report?
