How would one go about exporting the CI and relationship data from your CMDB out of one instance into another?

We are merging two SNOW instances into a new fresh Madrid instance coming up and I am beginning to research the process of getting the data from our existing CMDBs into the new instances CMDB.

Any thoughts or tips would be extremely helpful.

Update: The issue I am running into is the export limitation of 10,000 rows within SNOW. Otherwise this would be a breeze!

You can get the relationship info in the CI relationships table and export from there.
