Not able to publish the Knowledge Article

Hello Experts,

I am facing Issue with Publishing the Knowledge Article.Below are the Steps followed

GoTo Knowledge Base->Select the required Knowledge Base->Click on the Create Article button

Create the Article and Submit

Now Open the Article visible under "My Knowledge Articles" option and Click on Publish button

For Some reasons once I hit the Publish the button the Knowledge Artice is shown in Review Status.

 

Kindly Suggest the Solution.

Hi,

If it is in Review state after you have clicked published then approval must have triggered, once approved it will be in publish state.

Follow the screenshots.

Also if you want to understand the workflow, go to the respective KB and check which Workflow is tagged and try understanding/changing the workflow if you have any specific requirements.

Hi,

 

Could you please check the Publish button script. There value might not be setting to Publish.

Hi, Good Day!

Could you please check any approval associate with your KB Article. If yes once you approved it - you can "Publish" the article.
