HR bulk ticket update

Hi Team,

In HR agent workspace iam trying to update the state as bulk.

it is updating the state, but error is getting

"2 record(s) not updated"

 

Please help me here.

I am not familiar with HR module, but I really think there must be some mandatory field (Close notes or Close code upon creation - like it is for INC, CS in CSM, etc.):

  • if this is empty, it cannot be closed.
  • If it is populated, check for some child Case tasks or other dependencies.

 What error is it showing? Also, try closing it manually — you should see the same error.

As I mentioned earlier, if you're able to do it manually but not from the list view, there might be another reason behind it. To reproduce the issue, try creating a new case in a lower instance and test it using the list view. Also, try refreshing the page — it could be a cache-related issue.
