HR bulk ticket update

Hi Team,

In HR agent workspace iam trying to update the state as bulk.

it is updating the state, but error is getting

"2 record(s) not updated"

 

Please help me here.

Yes @Ankur Bawiskar there are no data policies and BR on changing the state.

@Vinya Jakkula ,

 

Are you able to close this case from the form? Try to do it by form view and see what errors you get.

@Ankur Bawiskar manually iam able to save it.with no errors.

then you need to check why it failed from other approach?

what approach you are using? background script for bulk update or List "Update Selected" feature?
