HR Service Name is showing different in list view and when we open the record.

There is one HR Service Record which is showing as one name in list view and with another name when we open the record. Please let me know if anyone else faced the similar issue or know the solution to fix this.

Few months ago, the HR Service Name got changed but still old name is reflecting in the list view.

Suspecting same, may be try to update this force fully via background script , as it has been stuck now.

Could you please check is there any BR is running when the case is inserted which might be updating the HR Service name here
OR
Check the Record producer script section some scripts might be written there also.
