I created form in the service portal with what are questions are having risk, So i need to show in service portal, what the questions having risks.

i created a form in service portal using service catalog, in that created a question with type of yes/no if i select yes it is a risk. whenever we submit our service request it shows additional details in the service portal. i need a custom form to display the validated question having risk to display in additional details.

You need to update the standard ticket configuration, but it will impact on all REq/ RITM.

But i tried to create a new multiline txt field and and get, what are questions are having risk in that field. it is visible in additional details. Is there any other way to acheive this task.
