We use SSO for users to sign into ServiceNow. Admins manually set a password in case they need to login via the back door should something happen. Is there a way to configure the password strength without setting up and using a credential store?
You need to use credential store in order for your passwords to be stored. You'd set your password strength requirements via the "Password Policy" field on the Local ServiceNow Instance credential store.
