Hi,
How did you export the Flow?
A Flow as a complex object, containing several connecting pieces, such as triggers and actions. They are all needed to form the Flow designer Flow.
If wanting to export it, you can put it in a update set, and complete the update set, then export the entire update set, and import this to another instance.

Hi @natacha1, How did you import the flow to another instance? The flows by default are captured in the update sets and you can just move the update set to another instance. You can create an update set in source instance and publish the flow, this action should capture the flow in your update set and move it to the target instance.
Regards,
Sunil
