In HAM Pro from asset table.

When I am opening any records of asset from asset table. I am getting one pop-up. "The asset is excluded from licensed  hardware asset features". I want include remaining asset features. For some of records is not pop-up.Please suggest me how to resolve this pop-up.

Navigate to "HAM Resource Categories" under hardware model normalization module 

make sure end user computers opt in is set to true.

Hey Guys, I have a similar Problem. We created a new Model Category Personal Computer what is not there Out of the Box and linked it to the Parent Computer. We Opt in Out and In the End User Computing Devices but the Exclude from HAM Features Field is not populating on record what have the model category Personal Computer or just better said just at some of the Assets its appearing but its the same Hardware Model.

Any suggestion what to do here and how to fix it. By the way we have a OnPremise Instance Vancouver Release. Its really bothering us cause we can do the Hardware Asset Refresh Item wiithout the Field.

Urgent help needed
