Hi @reyservicenow
Not sure if your query is addressed or you find the solution. Since this thread is open, please review below response that might help and address your query.
You can check the table by size (GB) using catalog on Now Support by generating an instance Database Footprint Report.Only users with the customer_admin or partner_admin roles on Now Support can utilize these catalogs on Now Support.
The following options are both automated workflows to request the database footprint of one or more instances via Service Catalogs and are completed using end-to-end automation:
- Instance Database Footprint
Customers can view the total space occupied by one instance along with up to the top 100 tables that contribute to the occupied space. - Cloud Usage Request
Customers can view the total space occupied by all instances on account level, presented as a list.
Though, for your use case this option will be relevant and provide accurate information. You can view Instance
Database Footprint by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Now Support
- Browse the Automation Store
- Under Instance Management, select Database Footprint

Note:
- Permissible Database size is 4TB as contractual limit, not a physical/Technical limit. The current servers are having capacity ranging from 12 TB -21 TB.
If this helps and address your query, please close this thread by marking the response as correct or helpful.
