We are trying to update a KB article, say KB123456 by: copying the updated content from Word document to the existing KB article. However, images are not copied if I choose select All.
ACTION TAKEN #1: 1. Open word document, then click Select All.
2. Copy and paste to the KB article content.
Issue: Image are not copied to the KB article
ACTION TAKEN #2:
1. Open word document, then click a single image.
2. Copy and paste to the image. It works! Image is copied to the KB article but it consumes more man hours to do it this way.
Do you guys have any recommendations?

Yes, but that option will create a new KB #. In this case, we want to retain the same KB # and other data related to it -- such as views and recent tasks.

We have the very same problem. All the information we saw said that Jakarta was supposed to allow copying and pasting with images in Jakarta, so where is it?

But it loses the formatting that way? I have similar issue that when I copy/paste word document with images in Servicenow I get 2 messages first one is "Do you want to keep the formatting" & second one "Do you want to import images"
Is there a way to get rid of second message "Do you want to import images" it just takes extra time to load the word documnet
