TFS to ServiceNow Integration

Hello,

Looking for a way to integrate TFS to ServiceNow using web services.   The goal is to update some fields in PPM ServiceNow from TFS.

I noticed TFS to SN integration managed by Tasktop is also possible but I'm sure that requires licensing.

Review possibilities of JDBC Integration with TFS, that doesn't required any license. You can connect TFS database from SeriviceNow using JDBCProbes

Hi @Sashi K ,

Any inputs on below requirement wrt ServiceNow and TFS integration :

If the bridge(TFS) service is down and the call cannot complete, capture the error  in a log using standard error processing.

Thanks in advance,

Deepal,

For hassle free integration between TFS and ServiceNow, Opshub provides an out-of-the-box tool OIM (Opshub Integration Manager).

You can manage multiple projects and entities within this product to integrate between the systems.

Simple creation of integration between both your systems will keep the fields sync from TFS to ServiceNow.

- We also provide bidirectional integration (ServiceNow to TFS sync).

- History is also supported.

- Sync attachments, links and comments.

- Customized workflows and configurations is also possible.

We are also certified by ServiceNow for Express, other release and listed on store here:

Hi Deepal,

Integration between TFS and ServiceNow can be achieved using   SynQ.

Here is a video on how it is performed.

Thank you
