Knowledge article - article template translation

Hi All,


We are going to create new template articles for our Knowledge.

We try to translate the name of the template and all articles template fields.

Nothing is in "translated texte" type.

We can't use template in english, the title of each part of the template appears in the article content in the wrong language.


Is it normal that we can't translate article template?

How we can do tu use template in another language for our customers ?

In the example I attached earlier, the rows with "Comment" and "Report to consumer" column labels are the article template fields.

The row with the Collection type is for the translation of the Article Template name itself when creating articles using the new template selector in the platform and workspace.

Unfortunately, no

we decided to use basic templates, with simple English words

But if anyone has a solution, I'd liketo have it. 😏

We are experiencing the same issue and looking for a solution. We are using the knowledge translation tasks to manage our translated versions, however they use the English template which is not ideal when trying to translate to French Canadian.
