Hi All,
We are going to create new template articles for our Knowledge.
We try to translate the name of the template and all articles template fields.
Nothing is in "translated texte" type.
We can't use template in english, the title of each part of the template appears in the article content in the wrong language.
Is it normal that we can't translate article template?
How we can do tu use template in another language for our customers ?
Thanks
Dimitri

In the example I attached earlier, the rows with "Comment" and "Report to consumer" column labels are the article template fields.
The row with the Collection type is for the translation of the Article Template name itself when creating articles using the new template selector in the platform and workspace.

Hi Dimitri, it's me again. I hope this is finally the answer you were looking for 😄
Here's what my colleagues shared:
- Navigate to sys_dictionary_list.do
- Filter the list using the Table column with the Template Table name of your article template.
- Records should appear for the columns of the template and a record with blank column name and label but with a type of Collection.
- Open this record.
- On the Labels related list, create a new record for your language of choice.
- When creating an article from workspace or the new template selector (kb_knowledge_create.do), the translation should now appear.

Oh, it should be exact steps as above, Dimitri.
Instead of the row that has a type of Collection, you add Label records on the other fields in the sys_dictionary table if that's what you meant.
