Hallo community,

Is it possible to hide/disable the UI buttons?

Any help/idea will be greatly apppreciated. Thanks

Just to update the question. We asked servicenow and this is the answer i got

The requested option of either disabling the button or change the form to use the template is not applicable as this is using angular JS and not allowed to change it. This is how it is designed in the out of the box and unfortunately no option to change it. "

From your original request, this is how you would restrict the button completely.



Go to UI Actions, Choose Create Article and remove the check box. find_real_file.png

i have disabled the Create Article UI Action but the 'Create An Article ' button on the Knowledge homepage is still there( see Attachments ).

Glad you were able to get this resolved. Hopefully it is a change that they can implement at a later update

It might be late and no longer relevant,   but there are some properties you can use like:


glide.knowman.import.hide_import_functionality.


Im not sure about the others though
