Knowledge Search Page showing blank after clicking Knowledge Base

Has anyone experienced an issue with the updated Knowledge Management - Service Portal plugin where a user clicks on a knowledge base on the Knowledge homepage, and then it shows blank?  Navigating back to the Knowledge homepage and clicking the knowledge base again shows the correct results, but this is obviously not the experience we need.  Below is what we are getting after implementing the updated plugin in Madrid.

Service Portal >> Dependency >> search for "sn.knowledgeApplication" .
