Licensing for Slack Webhooks Spoke?

Hey all,

 

I´m currently working on an evaluation if my company should switch systems to ServiceNow. We wanted to integrate Slack so for example if a customer opens a ticket there should be popping up a message in the dedicated Slack channel. I stumbled across the Slack Webhooks Spoke plugin (Plugin id: com.sn.slack.ah). Does anybody know if we need a license in order to use that plugin?

Yes, to use the Slack Webhooks Spoke plugin (Plugin ID: com.sn.slack.ah) in ServiceNow, you will need a license for either IntegrationHub Starter or Software Asset Management.

You can also get in touch with your ServiceNow Account manager who can provide more details as this information varies for all clients.
