I took my first shot at creating a Flow for a new Service Catalog item. The flow works correctly for the most part, however, we have 3 levels of approvals which need to be met in order to generate the final catalog task.
The first approval to the manager is met correctly, however, the two additional approvals below that, reset any prior approvals.
The second approval step, will update the prior manager approval back to "Requested" when it was already approved. (work notes on the manager approval log the 3 state/field changes: requested, approved, then back to requested)
The third approval step will reset the prior two approvals, as well as send email notifications to the prior requestors. (who had already approved) We do not see this behavior with the older "workflows" we have for other catalog items. Has anyone else experienced this? I've included a few screenshots of the flow, I can expand any step if needed. Thank you in advance!

Is the approval record updated back to request for manager approval or on the record which is been approve meaning on RITM you see this?

Thanks for reading this Ashutosh! All 3 approval records are being updated back to the RITM, here's the manager approval step. If I put a pause into the flow after this manager approval, I can see the "Approved" state in the approvals related list on the RITM.
The first approval record which goes to the manager does get approved, however, the second group approval resets the managers approval to requested. Note the times on the work notes for the manager approval below. The last one at 12:41:07 was the next group approval. This manager is NOT a member of the group which has the second approval step. If the approval goes to the 3rd approval step, all previous approvals for this RITM will be reset to requested...the 1st approval manager and the 2nd group approval.

Seems to be a bug. Please open a HI case for this.
Make sure you dont have any BR on RITM and Approval table.
