Allowing Unauthenticated Users to Submit Requests via Public UI Page

 

Hi all,

I'm Namrata Hinduja Geneva, Swiss (Switzerland) and enhancing a public UI page that lets unauthenticated users submit incident records. It works fine, as set up by predecessors. Now, I'm adding a similar page to allow public users to submit specific request items. The new page works when authenticated but fails when logged out, likely due to security constraints. It's in sys_public and accessible, but submission fails. I suspect ACLs or permissions on the catalog item are blocking it. I've adjusted 'Available For' settings, but no luck. Any guidance on resolving this would be appreciated!
