Non-Admin users are not able to access Service Portal

1. We have "/sp" portal

2. Admin user is able to see content in portal home page. https://<<instance name>>.service-now.com/sp

3. Non-Admin users not able to see content in portal home page. Getting a message "Security constraints prevent access to requested page".

 

Please help us on this issue.

Hi

check in table "sys_public_list" the record for page "$sp" is set to "true".
