Notification to a Group is also send to non-members

Hello everyone,
It looks like "Incident assigned to my group" notification is also send to some non-members of an Assignment group, most likely because their manager is a member. However, we have another, custom created, notification to an Assignment group which does not behaves this way. Both notifications are configured basically the same way.
"Exclude delegates" option is unchecked in both cases - if this is an option responsible for this behavior.
Any ideas?

For those groups, can you check the field:
exclude_manager
Is this the same for those groups? Or is this already your issue?

Hi,
usually group managers are not group members
What is the pattern for non-members? are they always group manager
Ensure exclude_manager is set to true for that group

Thanks for all replies.
Issue is not with a group manager and in our case exclude_manager is set to true already.
Notifications seems to go to the users, who are not members of the group, but their manager is.
