Notification triggered multiple times

Hi community,

We have developed a notification to trigger when a Defect is assigned to a group. The notification triggered multiple times (x4) with two different reciepents (last three reciepents had the same value), I am trying to figure out why that happened. Please assist.

Thank you! You saved my day, basically after reading your recommended guide I got the solution. In my case it was the marking updated and inserted true, I then just marked updated.

Change your condition as Assignment Group Changes "AND" Assignment Group is not empty
