Whenever I click on "Request Translation" and pick a language, I receive an error message saying: Failed to request translations

Hello Community,
I'm new to ServiceNow platform, and I have configured the plugins named respectively "Localization Framework" and "Dynamic Translator" I have also purchased an IBM API key, and configured it in translator configurations, created an Artifact and enabled IBM as default.
My goal is to translate a catalog item form into a different language.
How can I go about that and what else am I missing here?

Hi,
Had the same issue - and solved it by adding the role: localization_fulfiller
to Localization fulfiller group in record located:
Navigate to: Localization Framework - Settings - select existing/create new one
after the error is gone and the translation is working.
