You can watch the CJ Desai K24 Keynotes, where you can see a demo, but again it is still in build phase so I doubt you can do much.

1. Prerequisites:

  • ServiceNow Instance: Ensure your instance is updated to Vancouver Patch 2 or later.

  • Licensing: Confirm that your organization has an active Now Assist license.

  • Plugins: Verify that the Virtual Agent and Now Assist Admin Console plugins are installed and activated.

 

 

2. Installing Now Assist for Virtual Agent:

  • Access Now Assist Admin Console:

    • Navigate to Now Assist Admin > Home within your ServiceNow instance.
  • Install the Plugin:

    • In the Settings tab, locate Now Assist for Virtual Agent.
    • Click "Get Plugin" to initiate the installation.
  • Activation:

    • Once installed, ensure the plugin is activated by checking its status in the Plugins list.

 

 

3. Configuring Now Assist in Virtual Agent:

  • Enable Generative AI Experience:
