Hi Team,

 

Recently we have implemented Now Assist for ITSM skills in our project.Our client has asked some info as below-

 

 

1) How effectively are the Now Assist for ITSM skills being utilized within the project?

2)What benefits have been achieved by activating these skills?

 

How can I present to client reg this details using reports or any etc.

The purchased is from the contract and the total used have information and view details button, try checking these. it might be a number of transactions, not sure.

Yes I just want to know how the count is updating in Total Used Assists.Is it based on number of time the skills are evaluated?

I don't have answer to this follow-up question, you can ask ServiceNow in a case from https://support.servicenow.com/now 

 

But I believe that I answered your original question in the top of this page, or what else would it take to answer it?
