Hello Community,
We were contacted about an over-allocation in the subscription for custom tables "($0 ACV) Grandfathered Custom Tables". And indeed, two deprecated custom applications created those tables. And so the applications were uninstalled. The dictionary was double checked for the tables being gone.
Odd thing is that we're *still* in over-allocation. It seems removing those tables didn't change the subscription. Browsing in the subscriptions I can see the tables being mentioned indeed. And also regularly getting the message:
"Please note: Once added, tables cannot be removed from this subscription"
It would explain why removing the tables has no effect on the subscription. But that would make no sense, because custom tables can be removed anytime. Resulting in being charged for non-existing tables. So, I'm probably understanding this wrong.
Anyway, I've been trying to get rid of the allocations, without success.
Is there anybody in here who knows how to remove a custom table from this subscription ?
Many thanks !

I see the tables, alright. But I'm not allowed to remove the records.
Unfortunately, I can't log in to read the KB.
