hi ,
On service portal , i would like to know if it's possible to open (in a broweser or other...) directly an attachment when i clic on an knowledge article ?

No impact, just create it as new record in the sys_properties list.

Dosen't work in service portal in my instance

It's weird, it has to work! so for sure you didn't follow all the above steps in the proper way.
Could you please that both these system properties are set to true in your instance?
- sn_km_portal.glide.knowman.serviceportal.use_document_viewer
- glide.knowman.use_document_viewer
Please share printscreens of it.
Also, could you please try to do a logout/login and type cache.do in the Application Navigator? Could you please also try to test it using another browser (i.e. Google Chrome and/or Firefox)?
