This is something known issue.
Either yo can wait for few more hrs , if you just checked or
Release this instance and take a new instance and also keep taking daily back up , to avoid any loss in future.

Hi @GabrielY ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options.
- Wait - it should come online again after some time
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, by doing this all work that haven't been backed up is lost.
