Incoming ports? Generally, port 443 for incoming SSH access, and port 23 for incoming SMTP.

Hi Sheila,
Outbound connections from the browser to the ServiceNow instance URL connect via SSL on port 443.
Your instance will listen for SMTP traffic on port 25 by default.
Did you inquire about the ports used because a firewall admin has asked for some info?
Or because because it is logical question follow up after reading this KB?
ServiceNow KB: Finding the IP information for your instance (KB0538621)
Or for some other reason?
If the reply was informational, please like, mark as helpful or mark as correct!
