possible to combine multiple ticket types into a VTB?

I'm looking for a way to combine multiple ticket types into a VTB, which based on the image seen here (from this post) it should be possible. Can anyone confirm this functionality is available in Madrid and point me towards the relevant instructions? On my end I can only add Personal Tasks to a Freeform VTB.

I've found the easiest way of doing something like this is to go to the list view, say on the Task table. Then I would build out the filter for say "active" and "assigned to me". I would then click the hamburger menu next to the column I want to group by and select "Show Visual Task Board".
