Hello,
I customized my own Catalog item using Item Designer and I noticed the Process Engine tab is missing.
How do I get the Process Engine tab to show up? I need it so I can identify which flow it should trigger when this Catalog item is executed from the Service Catalog.
I appreciate any assistance anyone can provide. Thank you!

Hello Harriet,
The feature of having "Process Engine" is not available for the Item Designer. The purpose is for basic activities such as tasks, approvals. Below is the doc:
The item created in item designer is kind of staging one, you could have a look at its name. Once its published it is moved to sc_cat_item. Though it is turned to sc_cat_item, you can not have process engine defined for this item as the view named "Item Designer" is forced by rule.
Thanks,

Hello Harriet,
Looks like Item Designer has limited functionality by default. Please check if you use case is candidate for the Item Designer or Service Catalog Item. Too much customization/configuration to OTB is not recommended.
Thanks,
Rahul
