Quick Messages dropdown is not showing in email client.

Hello,
I have added quick messages fully filled out and email client is enabled but I cannot see the dropdown. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Can you try adding more than one Quick Messages?
Also if you have set a group in the quick message, you should impersonate to a member from that group and try. It wont be visible to admins as well
