Related list form link UI Action

Could you post a picture of Related lists form link UI action. I am seeing this term here. Where can I see it?

you can see the check box names as "Form link" right ?

if that is checked the your UI action will be visible in related links like below

So, it is safe to say that Form link is Related Links is also Related lists form link UI action and Related lists form link UI action has nothing to do with Related lists, because I see the term Related list in there.

No both are different Related lists are some thing which shows the associated records with the parent record 

ex: A RITM might have multiple catalog tasks and all those tasks are stored in related list 

But related link is nothing but  a UI action and when you click on it you can control the behaviour though that UI action script

I know what a related list is. However, "Related lists form link UI action" has the the term "related list" (which I have underlined for visibility). Because if it is simply form link UI action then why is the term related list added to it?

Would you please give any ServiceNow reference where this term Related lists form link UI action is described or explained?
