Related search field not appearing on contextual search (related search results) on incident

We have just upgraded one of our non-prod instances to Kingston (from Helsinki) and have noticed the Releated Search field is missing contextual search results on the incident form.

I've compared the two and still can't work out what is different.

 

Has anyone faced the same issue?

Navigate to "Contextual Search -> Table Configuration". Open the table configuration record for Incident table.

You should see a field labelled "Enable related search box". If you do not see this field, configure form layout to show up this field.

Check this checkbox and save. Now you should see related search box on Incident form.

Hi,

Navigate contextual search-->table configuration

open record related to incident and check on form

whether "Enable related search box" filed is checked or unchecked if unchecked please check that and check on incident form

The field wasn't on the incident one that was configured, when I created a new one it appeared.
