Is it possible to just activate one of the plugin from this ITSM Roles group? Among the 4 plugins, we need only PM related plugin (mentioned below). Can we have only that activated in our instance?
Plugin: ITSM Roles (com.snc.itsm.roles)
Includes:
ITSM Roles - Incident Management (com.snc.itsm.roles.incident_management)
ITSM Roles - Problem Management (com.snc.itsm.roles.problem_management)
ITSM Roles - Request Management (com.snc.itsm.roles.request_management)
ITSM Roles - Change Management (com.snc.itsm.roles.change_management)

Hi there,
As far as I can reproduce: No. You can't select the separate plugins mentioned. Only the ITSM Roles one.
If it concerns a PDI you could try to reach out to ServiceNow employees, by using the Give Feedback option on the Developer Site. Or if it concerns a company instance, by creating a ServiceNow Support Case.
