Remote File Import is not working expected

Hi,

I have the Transform script that to exclude data from source.  The file contain 910 records based on the Transform Script excluded the few data . 

When i attach the file and Load Data source the data is getting excluded and getting 840 records updated in the table .

But when i run through Remote File Import that data is not getting excluded and all the 910 records getting updated.

check the IMPORT LOG related to that load it will help you in identifying the issues related to skipped records. For more information on how to do this check this thread:
